Meet the Preroll Centrifuge, the most reliable and profitable preroll machine ever designed.
(Scroll down to the bottom for tutorial videos)

Using Centrifugal Force, this preroll machine packs the highest quality prerolls at scale.
Designed for small, medium, and big preroll manufacturers of any size, this preroll centrifuge system is capable of packing up to 50,000 prerolls in a day.
Production Benefits
-
Quiet Centrifuge System
The system utilizes a centrifuge packing system, which is the most effective way to pack pre-rolled cones consistently. Unlike other systems that utilize rolling or the vibration method, the system can pack evenly down to the crutch while operating quietly as to not disrupt the work environment.
-
Precision Density Control
Through a simple system of adjusting the Speed & Time Settings of the centrifuge spin cycle, operators have full control over the density of every pack, regardless of what strain you're working with at that time.
-
Scalable Production Design
The system is one of the few systems that offers a wide range of production outputs depending on the size of your business. It can be managed by one operator, or you can increase production by adding additional operators to the system.
How it Works

scalable production
Rapid Loading
The system can hold up to 6 Pods. Each Pod holds up to 66 Cones. Therefore, each cycle can pack up to 396 cones at a time. Spin cycles only take about 60 seconds depending on your settings. With multiple operators, you could pack thousands over cones every hour. Operators can run any combination of 2,3,4, and 6 pods for even weight distribution.

weight measuring system
Rapid Weighing
The layer plates are a "cookie-cutter" measuring system that makes it possible to fill all 396 cones rapidly without having to pre-weigh flower, saving hours of valuable production time and producing the most consistent pack every time.

adjusting pre-roll density
Simple Controls
Adjusting the Speed & Time settings on the system allows for total density control. There are five speed settings and five time settings. To figure out the best setting for each strain, start with the default setting 3-3 and work your way up or down accordingly.
Easy Extraction
-
Extraction Tools
Using the Extraction Tools (Pin Pad or Fork Tool), the operator can pop out the cones from the pod.
-
Little to No Loss
All thanks to the Centrifugal Force, cones are packed so well that you should be able to dump them out from the pods directly on to a table.
-
Upside Down Test
The Upside Down Test or Flip Test shows how well the cones are packed. Using full density precision control, no flower should fall out.

FAQ
How soon can I get a machine?
Current lead-time is roughly 6 to 8 weeks. Each machine is made to order. For shipments to Canada, please be aware that customs can often cause a slight delay.
How big is the machine?
The machine is about 3 FT x 3 FT and weighs in around 270 pounds. It can be moved around with a few people, but must be operated on a flat surface.
How consistent is the weight distribution?
The machine averages about a 2% weight variance per preroll.
How do I fill pods?
Pods are filled by using the Layer Template. The Layer Template is basically a measuring cup that determines how much flower goes into the pods. Watch this video to learn more: Filling pods using the Layer Template
How many people are needed to operate the machine?
1 or more. The machine is designed specifically for scalability, so as your production needs increase, you can simply add more operators to the same machine to increase your output.
How do you close the cones?
This machine is only for packing cones, however, you can order the BoxFinish-er which twist closes about 800/hour. Contact our sales department to learn more: Contact Sales
What cones are compatible with this machine?
The Standard Pods are compatible with the most common cones. Please contact our sales department for cone compatibility. Contact Us
What's the most that I can pack in a day?
The machine can pack 396 cones in a quick 60 second spin cycle. Therefore, the total output per day greatly depends on how many operators are using the machine, and how efficient your production is. We have seen production volume from one machine ranging anywhere from 8,000 to 50,000 cones per day. The more operators you add to the machine, the higher production volume you will be able to achieve.
Why is centrifugal force better than vibration?
Centrifugal force is much more consistent, as it offers something no vibration machine can achieve which is full density control. By simply adjusting the Speed or Time of the centrifuge spin cycle, operators can adjust the density for every strain. Additionally, only through a centrifuge system can you eliminate air pockets and get a high quality pack all the way to the crutch.
How much space is required to operate the machine?
A small 10 FT x 10 FT space is recommended. However, if you're looking to increase production with multiple operators, it would be necessary to have more space for bodies and additional tables.
